Information you give us
- Donations and memberships: when you give or join, you enter your name and email on our site and are then taken to a secure checkout page run by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card or bank details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our servers. Stripe shares with us the information needed to record your gift or membership, such as your name, email, amount, and date. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

How we use it
We use this information to process gifts and memberships, send receipts, respond to your messages, and send member updates such as our newsletter. All inquiries are treated as confidential.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as Stripe for payments), or when required by law.
Third-party services on this site
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows an embedded Google Map on the homepage. When your browser loads these, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address. See the Google Privacy Policy. This website does not use advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can cancel a membership at any time, unsubscribe from member emails, or ask us to review, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing contact@entheogenchurch.org.

About the church
The Singularity Church of the Toad and Breathwork is a sincerely held religious organization operating under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA). All sacramental ceremonies are conducted as protected religious practice. Participation is voluntary and subject to a thorough safety screening process. Ceremony applications are currently paused while our federal case proceeds.

Donations
Donations are voluntary, one-time gifts to support the church's work and legal defense. A gift is not payment for a legal result, and it is not a fee for ceremony or sacrament services. Memberships
Membership is a voluntary recurring contribution of $1 per month, billed monthly from the day you join, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges. Membership is not a fee for ceremony or sacrament services.
Tax deductibility
We are a 501(c)(3) church, so your gift may be tax-deductible. If you treat gifts as tax-deductible, consult your tax advisor; we cannot guarantee deductibility.
